As part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, the Spanish government has launched a series of grants aimed at boosting and improving the digitalisation of SMEs and the self-employed. The aim is to finance services and market solutions, and to achieve greater progress in the level of digital maturity in the first stage, for which 500 million euros have been earmarked for companies with between 0 and 249 employees.

You will receive a hardware device that must include an integrated product, a licence and encryption/encryption at rest to ensure the privacy of the data and documents stored on the device.

This device may be a new laptop or desktop computer. In addition, it must have at least the following hardware characteristics:

  1. Minimum hardware device requirements:

  • A processor minimum of 4 physical cores and CPU speed clock maximum of at least 2.9 GHz and have obtained a minimum PassMark Software score of 15,000 by 13 May 2024.

  • A RAM memory minimum of 16GB DDR4.

  • One SSD storage minimum of 512 GB. In addition, your data will be protected with encryption, the password will be provided by the Digitising Agent.

  • An operating system pre-installed and factory licensed.

  • Graphics, network and sound cards integrated.

  • Input/output interfaces, as USB or microphone input ports, which may be integrated into the device or via a port replicator.

  • pantalla, if it is a laptop, it shall be at least 13 inches; mouse optical mouse, in case of laptops, the integrated mouse or touchpad is acceptable; webcam with minimum HD resolution and a smartcard reader (DNI-e) with USB interface.

  • In the particular case of desktop computers, you will have a monitor minimum 23 inches, minimum Full HD resolution, and display technology LCD, LED or equivalent, at least one HDMI and an EU energy label; a keyboard y wiring both device power supply and HDMI.

  • In the case of desktops and laptops, they shall be equipped with at least one certification of the following types (or similar):

    • ENERGY STAR®.

    • EPEAT™ Silver Registered.

    • TCO.

  • MIL STD 810H Certification or equivalent. They shall comply with a minimum of 5 methods, including: high temperature, low temperature and humidity.

  1. Specific advertising requirements:

  • The device shall have a silkscreen or label affixed to the laptop, computer or monitor only.

  • The logos to be contained in both options shall be as follows:

  • The emblem of the European Union (available at the link https://planderecuperacion.gob.es/identidad-visual), indicating "Funded by the European Union-Next Generation EU".

  • The logo of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.

  • The logo of the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service.

  • The logo of the Public Business Entity Red.es (It must appear as "Red.es").

 

  1. Minimum requirements of the support and care service:

Ehe Digitising Agent will provide a Support and Attention service with the following guarantees from the delivery of the devices to the completion of phase 2 implementation:

  • The device will be delivered within Spain after having been checked for proper functioning.

  • As a beneficiary, you can be attended by the support service within 5 working days. You must have an e-mail address to receive notifications of breakdowns or incidents, with minimum service hours for these communications from 09:00 to 17:00 hours, Monday to Friday.

  • Repairs will be made via remote support or on-site at the location where the delivery was made. The costs incurred will be the responsibility of the digitiser. Repairs due to breakage or damage and configuration problems are included, provided they are based on the correct use of the device.

  • The maximum time for repairing the fault, between the communication of the incident and its resolution, will be 5 working days. If this period is not met, you will be given a similar replacement device.

 

  1. Cybersecurity requirements of the Secure Workplace:

The Secure Workplace solution will comply with the following minimum requirements associated with the solution category of Cybersecurity:

  • Antimalware: you will have access to a tool that scans your device, its internal memory and external storage devices.

  • Antispyware: a tool shall be provided to detect and prevent spyware malware.

  • Secure mail: you will have email analysis tools with the following features:

    • Antispamwith spam detection and filtering.

    • Antiphishingwith detection of emails containing links or malware suspected of being used to steal credentials.

  • Safe navigation: you will have content control and anti-adware to prevent malicious advertisements.

  • Threat analysis and detectionThe solution will give you insight into the behaviour of existing and new threats.

  • Network monitoring: you will have tools that analyse network traffic and warn of threats.

  • Initial configuration and security updates: an initial configuration must be performed for its correct use, with the respective updates of malware signatures and other threat detection data in addition to the required periodic security software updates.

  • Special training requirements: In addition to the common training requirements, the training you will receive will include a tutorial for configuring the security software, as well as a cyber security awareness kit to complement the solution with human firewall skills.

 

  1. Possibility of acquiring the associated hardware:

  • Upon completion of Phase II, you will be able to acquire ownership of the hardware, upon payment to the Digital Signing Agent of the residual value of the equipment.

  • This will be an optional decision for you, but mandatory for the Digital Adhering Agent.

  • In the event that you do not pay the agreed purchase amount, the equipment may be reclaimed by the Digital Signing Agent.

  • At the end of the 12 months of service provision corresponding to phase II, the Acelera Pyme Digitising Agent must inform, in its offer of the Acelera Pyme Digitisation Solutions Catalogue, what the purchase value of the equipment is. This amount must be reflected in the Digitalisation Solutions Provision Agreement.

  • As a maximum, the amount of the purchase value will be 15% of the amount of the signed agreement (amount of the solution).

The provision of the solution will be carried out in two phases, with the committed performance acknowledgement defined below:

  • Phase One: An implementation committed to 80%.
  • Second Phase: An implementation committed to 20%.
  • From 0 to 3 employees - 1000€.

The solution includes a support service for any incident you may have, with a resolution time of less than 24 hours. In addition, the domain and hosting of your website will also have this service. We will carry out the maintenance and support remotely and, additionally, you will have a telephone number and an email address where you can make any queries you may have.

  • Initial meeting with the client to see the client's needs.
  • Design of landing page or corporate website with the following sections: Home, About us, Services, Blog, Contact and Legal Texts
  • Development in one or two languages.
  • Responsive website adapted to mobile devices
  • SEO positioning: Google Analtytics, Google Search Console and optimisation of H1-H5 titles, sitemap and robots.txt. Content adapted to Google's eyes. Configuration of Alt tags on images.

The provision of the solution will be carried out in two phases, within the timeframe and with the committed performance acknowledgement defined below:

  • First Phase: 3 months and a committed execution at 70%.
  • Second Phase: 12 months and implementation committed to 30%.
  • From 0 to 2 employees - 2000€.
  • From 3 to 9 employees - 2000€.
  • From 10 to 49 employees - 2000€.

Including 12 months of service provision.

The solution includes a support service for any incident you may have, with a resolution time of less than 24 hours. In addition, the domain and hosting of your website will also have this service. We will carry out the maintenance and support remotely and, additionally, you will have a telephone number and an email address where you can make any queries you may have.

The solution includes training so that you can acquire sufficient knowledge to be able to use and manage your website independently, especially in terms of regulatory compliance.
